A consultant specializing in corporate strategies, change management, and leadership development, with a deep passion for achieving positive transformations that make a real impact on the lives of individuals and communities. Over my more than 15-year career, I have worked in multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, banking, business, and charitable work, which has provided me with a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities across various fields.

I transitioned into consulting after years of practical experience to focus my efforts on supporting organizations in achieving sustainable excellence. Currently, I hold the position of CEO at ZRG Company in Saudi Arabia, a firm that provides executive services to support human resources and management consulting.

I believe that building a strong organizational culture, fostering innovation, and successfully managing change are fundamental pillars for achieving the results we aspire to. What motivates me in my work is my passion for contributing to the realization of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which seeks to empower individuals and communities.

My belief in the importance of giving and volunteering led me to join the non-profit “Ma’ak.” In this role, I work to strengthen the institution’s vision of supporting cancer patients and their families by providing comprehensive services that meet their psychological and social needs, granting them strength and hope to continue their treatment journey.
